Return Policy

 Your satisfaction is our primary concern. We strive to make your shopping experience a great one and in an effort to assure you are happy with your purchase, we have a 15 Day return policy as follows:

 All returned items require an authorization number.  Please email us at customerservice@midnightlotus.com to request a Return Authorization Number and please include your Name, Order Number, and Reason for the return.

 Please note: In order to accept an item for return, it must be unused, clean, and with tags attached in the original packaging.

 Items may be returned for a change in size of the same item or a store credit towards another purchase.  Store credit will be good for a period of one year from the date of the return after which time it will expire if left unused.

 Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.  There is n0 restocking fee on all returns and exchanges and the customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges associated with their exchange/return.

 We guarantee all our products.  If products are defective from the manufacturing process we will replace the item or you can be given a store credit as long as it has not been mishandled or misused and the tags are still attached.

 Due to health restrictions, we can not accept returns of any lingerie items sold through this online store if merchandise is abused or mishandled.
